REVIEW really should be ZERO stars! UPDATE: I finally heard from the AthleticStuff seller who asked for more information. I replied quickly and it took a few days before I received a friendly reply. Your last message told me I didn't know how to WIND it or didn't know! WTF with the seller "AthleticStuff"? Based on my honest, nightmarish experience, I would advise avoiding this item and especially the seller "AthleticStuff". The stopwatch I received was completely unreliable for several days of use. This should allow the use of digital camera long exposure light. It was always correctly wound, as one often intends to do with a mechanical stopwatch, never twisted, wobbled, or fell off. Then one day he lost his mechanical mind and maybe didn't start or stop crown presses. (Maybe loose sawdust was left in the case because it was made in a dirty manufacturing facility?) It acted as if parts inside the case were getting stuck in the movement, causing it to stop or wobble as the gears or the housing turned overturned. . I have confirmed that the mechanism ALWAYS FAILS when started in a horizontal position and then tilted 15° or so. I hate to return it, but for real use this beautiful stopwatch is unreliable junk. If I had the means I would attach a demo video of its utter uselessness. If you're thinking of using this for something serious. . .You have been warned NOT to do this. The other day I started to reset 8 seconds instead of zero. It took several starts, stops and resets before it returned to zero. Garbage in the watch seems likely, but I don't even know a real jeweler/watch repairer who could look at this.
