Review on ARCTIC F9 PWM PST CO - 92mm Continuous Operation Cooler with PST-Port: Grey Case Fan with Synced RPM Regulation (AFACO-090PC-GBA01) by Chris Chincuanco

From the start the fan worked and worked well. Replaced an old PC fan I was renovating that was making more noise than I thought it should. A quick search on the Revain website led me to an Artic series fan that I had previously purchased and have had no problems with since its introduction many years ago. While they're not the most expensive fans, and they lack the RGB-illuminated bullshit that gets people upset these days, they do the job they're supposed to do pretty well, and it moves air in and out of the case. And they do it quietly. What more do you want? I will have no problem recommending this brand to someone else or gaining more of their fans if the need arises.
