Review on Bartnelli by Chase Steele

I was eager to test out Bartnelli's laundry products because I know how important it is to have high-quality products in the home. My interactions with the company, however, were disappointing. The quality of the items I ordered was the first thing that let me down. The ironing board I bought seemed cheap and shaky, making ironing a chore. And despite being advertised as a "sturdy" choice, the laundry hamper I got broke apart after only a few usage. Furthermore, I was confronted with a disheartening lack of reaction from Bartnelli's customer support team when I attempted to voice my concerns. For days, I had no response to my emails, and the one I did get was uninformative and evasive. In general, I would not suggest working with Bartnelli. Products appear well designed online but are actually of low quality and not worth purchasing. Don't count on much in the way of assistance from a customer service representative if problems arise with your order.
