I bought a brand new Dell All-in-One and was very disappointed that it only had one USB port (the other two are hidden on the back ). standing, oddly enough). So this little gadget came to the rescue. It works great and I've been using it every day for several months. As someone else said, when you plug something in, it's solid. But I mostly leave my stuff tucked in so it doesn't bother me.
