Review on My Colors 210001 Classic Cardstock by Heather Shaw

For some reason most of the companies I've relied on for years to find cheap bright white cardstock have made the process (or something like that) a lot cheaper because they're all off-white now. From the Memories brand at Michaels, to the Daris brands sold at most retail stores, to the options I've been able to find at stores like Tuesday Morning over the years. I use this cheap paper for a variety of purposes, but the most pressing problem I've had lately is making additional carriers for my stamp wallets. My supply grows faster than my ready pockets. I bought several packs of different brands of "white" cardstock (some of them the same brands I've always bought) only to find that it was dirty compared to the "old" materials I had looked. The inconsistency of the inserts caused me something of an OCD complex. I'm not always badass, but when it comes to things that get mixed up in different storage locations, I want old and new to look basically the same and stand out like a sore thumb. Even a 96 rated bright white Neenah cardstock purchased from Revain failed. It was as off-white as the stuff I found locally. I sent it back immediately because it wasn't "bright white" as advertised. Then I found this. Of course the weight is higher (80lbs vs 65lbs I was hoping to find) and the price is slightly higher, the color is a pristine white which I hoped would justify the extra bulk and higher price. I bought this on a whim and will be waiting for the sale to stock up (as it's also great for scrapbooking, not just organizing). I wish I'd bought more than what I found on sale, but I didn't want to have a few more LIES packs if there wasn't a review of its 'whiteness' anywhere that I could find. If you want white, which is actually white, this is your board.
