I drive a very noisy truck during work. I need something that customers can use to hear me when they call me while I'm driving. This is the best I've tried out of all 3 Galaxy headphones I tried my best when it came to phone calls. If you're buying for music, one of the first two models might work better as it does a better job of blocking out background noise to deliver better music and deeper bass. but they're more comfortable in my opinion, and people hear you better when you're on the phone
