Recent service from GREENLIGHTING left me feeling dissatisfied. The website was hard to navigate, and the shipment took longer than expected, so the goods arrived damaged. The response I got from customer support was even more worrying. The group was useless, and its members showed no interest in finding a workable answer. It was a hassle, and I didn't feel appreciated as a customer because of the poor treatment. In my role as product manager, I have high standards for the businesses we work with. GREENLIGHTING fell short of these high standards. I will not suggest them to anyone and will look elsewhere for my future needs.
