With this grill, I can easily set the mode we need, due to the fact that it has an automatic degree of roasting (what an assistant it is). You just press one button and that's it, you wait until the desired roast appears (a beep sounds and the color indication changes). I also tried to cook other dishes on it, such as fish, vegetables, burgers and always juicy taste, good and even roasting, I never did it in a frying pan. Washing the plates takes only a couple of minutes, they are very easy to clean. Very satisfied with the purchase. In a word, I recommend.
