Product failure after 3 months
Bought to replace the silpat of some outdated brands. They seemed to work well for about 3 months of regular use, then we used them on cookies at 450F and the silicone seemed to delaminate. I think this is a product quality issue and not abuse since the specs say 480ยฐF is the upper limit. I do NOT recommend them, I recommend spending a little more for a well-known brand.
