Blue Star Business management - Great Product, Excellent Communication

We use blue star for our customer loyalty program that rewards their customers in kind by giving them coupons or tickets to events etc., it not only allows me access from anywhere but also has my accounting information along with any data relating back as well! I don't like all they need are your email address's so if you change emails its tough unless u update those addresses again; which some do automatically upon login via link provided at registration time (that was nice). Nothing really because everything works fine otherwise we've been very happy since starting using this software I like that we can create our own custom tags for any type or size item to be tracked throughout our warehouse! The customer service has been outstanding as well! It's very important that when you are working with an Ecommerce business to have great communication in order to provide them what they need. When communicating it makes things go so much smoother. There is nothing that I don't love about this product and I am excited to see where it will take us next year!!

  • Great support staff, easy interface & simple navigation system
  • Very user friendly even though there may seem many options available within each section such as shipping tracking pages
  • Easy way to keep track inventory items while being able maintain sales records/purchases made through website without having too search around multiple different areas looking up one thing.etc.
  • Simple layout making navigating easier
