Review on Nordic Ware Microwave Micro Go Round Inch by Hector Watkins

Micro go Round I've had in about a year. When using, be careful not to twist it. Some reviewers say you can wind it up to 20 full turns, but I've never done more than 10 full turns. It worked as advertised for the first 6-9 months, but recently stopped spinning when weighed and would not start. Luckily I saved the invoice and 5 year warranty information. I called NordicWare and they emailed me a link for a warranty repair. I emailed the required information (1st purchase confirmation and 2nd product barcode or picture of the defective unit) and about 2 days later NordicWare replied saying they would send me a new unit which would be delivered in 1-2 weeks should. I'd be happier if the original still worked, but a free replacement with minimal fuss is a very fair decision that's rare in today's world of 'customer service'. (Follow up note) The new replacement unit arrived in about 10 days which is what I call excellent customer service!
