Not comparable to Sonicare handles

Received my heads and after using them on my brush it would turn on but only felt it vibrate. Don't comb. I put in a different coiled head and it worked fine. I think I just caught a glitch. They work, but you can tell right away that they aren't the same as mine from Sonicare. I thought I would save money but if they don't work why try.
