It's easy to use, reliable, and it works well with our existing system (Cisco WebEx). We've used many different voice solutions in the past but none have been as user friendly or had such an intuitive interface like this one! The customer support has also been outstanding so far - they are always quick to respond and very helpful when we do run into issues. I am not sure if there is anything that really stands out about their service as of yet. If you're looking for something simple and straightforward then give them a try. They have solved our need for recording meetings and conferences without having to rely on expensive third party vendors. This allows us to keep costs down while still getting great quality recordings. It's very easy to use, it has great customer support that helps me every step of my way through any questions I have! The only thing I dislike about livevoice so far as an employee or user would be its difficulty in scheduling recordings and making sure everyone gets them quickly. There are other products out there with fewer features but overall better quality. We now hold all our meetings via this software which makes things easier than before.
