I got that in the mail yesterday. I had a Wii for many years but lost my balance board a year ago. In the end I decided to buy a new one. It came exactly like in the picture. However, after the setup I use for the Wii Fit, I found that the instructions on my Wii Fit DVD told me that only one Balance Board can be synced to each Wii console. I tried to set it up several times but it didn't sync. So I called Nintendo only to spend half an hour on the phone and got nothing. I ended up logging into the game on the Wii and going into the balance settings to check the scoreboard. He told me to turn on the board. Apparently the board was out of sync and she knew about it. So I hit the power button and eventually it synced. It was very painful to go through all this but now the board works perfectly. I've just been using it for an hour with no problems!
