Love love love this item. I bought a new sofa knowing my dogs wouldn't be left out. I bought one at first, but when I washed the sofa cover every week I put a sheet over it. So I bought a second one. I have 2 dogs and as you can see in the picture a white dog that sheds so much. It does not attract or hold hair. When I remove the cover, there is so little dog hair on the couch that I can just brush it off with a few strokes. I've washed it 3 times and it's holding up really well. The only minor annoyance is the styrofoam strips they tuck away, when you sit down they pop out. I just don't use them. I would definitely recommend it and buy it again despite a small annoyance.
