I am using a training plan for my first marathon and I run it 5 days a week. That's why I've been using the Runner Recovery Mix after every run for a few weeks now. Within the first week I could really tell the difference as the next day I was pain free and my feet felt fresh for my next run. Even after my Saturday run! It definitely helps me stick to the plan and feel stronger. I will continue to use the blend during training and then probably after every run or workout. By the way, it's delicious too.
