This strong cage fits the X-T4 well. The molded grip makes it easier to hold the camera when using heavier lenses. I wish there was more grip material on the baseplate than two small patches of rubberized material, but I can easily fix this by sticking on some more rubber. TIP: The cage has lots of 1/4x20 mounting holes which is great. However, if you want to mount a 1/4x20 accessory like a video light or an optional mounting shoe, you'll need a machine screw with an unthreaded shank long enough to go all the way through the hole. (See the photo for example of how the screw should fit.) The top frame appears to be thicker than average - around 6.5mm - which is great for strength, but means a lot of mounting screws ( like those sold by SmallRig) NOT work. because the shaft is too short.
