I like that it is easy for our employees who have never used this software before to understand how things work in order to make changes or add new features themselves without needing an expert consultant from another department of the organization.
It's not as intuitive at other systems we've worked with so far where you can just give someone else instructions about what they need to do next step by step. We are able solve problems such as having too many different products being sold out side one website which makes sales hard when customers want multiple options but only see 1 option available while browsing your site online.
