I don't know why, but the sound is very uneven and bad. I use them for my computer to watch Netflix and everything sounds almost muffled even at max volume for my computer and head seat. However, the sound in the background when using the computer is very loud and clear. I've been messing around in the settings with everything I could find but haven't found a solution. I will report the update when I contact customer service. UPDATE for those having audio issues, this might help! I found a solution and it seems strange to me, but there must be a reason for this. When you connect the cable, you will see a headphone symbol on the headphones and the cable itself. You must line them up perfectly or the sound will be distorted.
