Review on Custom Rhinestone Belt Girls Dress for Communion, Wedding & Flower Girl Dresses - Sizes 2-14 by James Hounds

The dress is really beautiful. Why 1 star? As the size didn't fit my flower girl I sent it back and they only refunded me 1/2 the price. It cost $50 and got $23 back. Why!? They never mentioned that I would get less than half the price back. I wouldn't have returned it if they told me, or I wouldn't have bought it if they were so strict about it. For this reason I will never buy this brand and I am angry!
