later I like them because they're disposable and at the same time reusable when not rubbed with food scraps. The value for money is in my personal sweet spot. I have them in the same number of twelve inch sizes in a permanent location on my counter. I just separate one from everything I'll ever come across and use the top of a stack of two sizes to keep a knife and spoon in general and sometimes a couple of chopsticks handy. Their use was accidental. I bought various types of disposable palm leaves, pulp and the like, and none of them were really satisfactory to use. Finally tried the 12 inch version and they were perfect. Then I thought the smaller size would complement the larger ones. After buying 100 pieces which looked oval but when they arrived they were round I almost gave up. Disgusted, I tried again and made sure they were oval. It turned out they were perfect. This time it's a repeat purchase of three packs and I'm happy.
