The ability of this system to link with our dispatch center via WIFI makes it very easy! I love that we can see where calls are coming from geographically as well (which helps us target resources). It's great when there aren't any call backs or voicemails because then all issues get resolved quickly by just having access through my phone app. Nothing really - but what could be improved would probably have something do deal more efficiently/quickly with data entry / tracking time spent away from workstation etc? We use Amiis mostly to provide documentation during transport so nothing too major here yet though some improvements may help improve efficiency overall. Currently using primarily for medical records while transporting patients however will also utilize additional features such as sending texts out if needed. I like that it has multiple functions so even if one isn't working well we can still use something else! It's easy enough to figure out what buttons do which are helpful when trying to learn how everything works together as far as functionality goes. The layout could be more intuitive but otherwise there aren't any downsides i've come across yet. We have been able to create forms quickly with ease of inputting all relevant info we're required by law (aside from insurance) into our system.
