Who likes a potato masher? I don't, but I'm impressed with this design. The handle is ergonomically perfect and allows easy handling, especially when little additional effort is required. All utensils seem heavy. I rarely make mashed potatoes, but I do love to mash beans and occasionally cauliflower, which is perfect for mashed potatoes. Give it a try and you'll never go back to the standard vertical handle pusher. At least I'm not coming back.
