Non-stick surface:We've used this cookware for several months now, and we've not once had an issue with anything sticking to this cookware.Surface durability:We use plastic and rubber based spatulas and the like, so we're not very hard on the surface finish of this cookware.

With that said, it seems quite durable. We have no pitting or scratches in any of the pieces.Handles:They're super easy to grip, and yes, they remain cool to the touch.The lid handles also stay cool.Bottom line:If you like red, this is very good cookware!Highly recommended5 stars
