This is a must-have item if you love to bake. With so many recipes now calling for ounces in a recipe, this takes the guesswork out and helps ensure consistency in whatever you cook! As a result of correctly dosing the ingredients, I was amazed at the difference in texture and taste. It includes a large digital display which I found very useful! And because it's so thin, it can be stored almost anywhere. This is an absolute must if you are serious about cooking! I'm very satisfied with this product! This scale takes the guesswork out of unit conversions, meaning I can 1) find measurable grams of food when adding meals to diet tracking apps, and 2) I don't have to stop learning new recipes, just because they don't use the amounts I'm used to. And 3) Accuracy in understanding what different measurements look like so I can determine my portions by eye when measuring/weighing isn't possible or I'm short on time.
