Review on Latest_Dell Generation I5 1035G1 Fingerprint HDMI，Window by John Holliday

This computer runs smooth, fast and has a built-in camera to match. Internal features like RAM and a hard drive are all that a typical user needs in a computer. So far there are no complaints about the backlit keyboard. I have three complaints about this computer. The first and most frustrating thing is that the click function on the built-in mouse pad is too sensitive. If I just move my cursor over the touchpad, it sometimes randomly clicks elements on the page when I don't want it to. To make matters worse, the click function sometimes freezes, causing the browser tab I'm working in to be pulled out of the rest of the tabs. I didn't have this problem with my previous laptop which was a Mac and my laptop before that was a Dell with buttons under the touchpad and not the built in function when pressing the touchpad. If you're buying this laptop, I highly recommend getting a standalone mouse that plugs into your computer to be used with it. If you work in an environment where this is not possible, I would consider a different laptop. Another issue that seems to be a design idea in many laptops these days is that someone moved the touchpad to the left. Because of this, I use the touchpad with my left hand most of the time. Most people are right-handed, so why not place the touchpad on the right side, which is easier to reach with the right hand, or better yet, leave it in the middle to use it with both hands? I've read a few theories as to why they moved it to the left, but for real world use, touchpads work better in the center, which is where Apple computers and all other older brand laptops place them. This design change makes it worse for most users in my opinion. Again, buying a separate mouse would solve this problem. The next thing that worries me is that when the computer goes to sleep while idle, all browser tabs are closed and all open documents are closed. I left the Word file open and left my computer for 15 minutes. When I came back the computer went to sleep and I lost all my changes. My Mac left files open when it went to sleep so I could wake up without risking losing my work. I've changed the settings so that the computer doesn't go to sleep unless I leave it idle for 5 hours, but that's a waste of battery. I like a computer that keeps files and browser windows open when it goes to sleep. In addition, the Mcaffee virus software is preinstalled. At the end of the test phase (3 months), mcaffe blocks your Internet access until you buy their software or uninstall the program. I removed the program. But it took me an hour to figure out why my internet access was blocked. It turned out to be preinstalled software. If the touchpad issues are fixed or if you are using this computer with a standalone mouse I would give it four stars barring any future issues. Mcaffee problem is solvable if you know you need to uninstall Mcaffee. The only unsolvable problem is that this computer closes all your files when it goes to sleep and I like leaving the same files open for days. But if you're the kind of person who closes their files and browser tabs every time you leave your computer or at the end of each day, it won't bother you that much. On the plus side, not only is it powerful, but it's also very light.
