Subaru genuine product, it was easy to install. keeps items on the loading floor. I think you could use both at the same time, but I haven't tried. The zippered area appears to be weighted to keep it from dangling when empty. When full, it does not interfere with the hatch latch. When you don't need it, just zip it back and the mesh won't get tangled. There are cheaper aftermarket items here, but I'm glad I paid the extra for a genuine item. Also, buying Subaru from Revain was cheaper than buying from my local dealer.
