Great product, great service and good community

I have been working closely in my day to-day life as an account manager for this software since its inception at Xactly back then (it was called Marketo). At that time we were using it primarily internally but also had clients who used some of our tools like Pardot or HubSpot via their Marketing Automation stack via Workflows/Actions within those platforms - so not much direct experience there other than seeing how they worked from afar! But what i did see when trying out CKM compared against others online services such as Salesforce's Chatter etc., It seemed very intuitive & easy enough even if you're new user which helped me get started quickly rather than having 2nd thoughts about whether it would be too difficult / complex especially given all these features are already available elsewhere now anyway. The support team has always.
