This device worked as advertised until the return window had closed. It worked as designed recording started when ignition turned on but now when the ignition is turned on this screen comes up and it requires choosing an option before it will start recording. This is difficult to do when in the driver's seat and the unit is hidden behind a mirror. Night recording is very poor but is acceptable for the price.UPDATE.UPDATE. UPDATE. UPDATE.I was premature in my posting. CHORTAU responded to my email and advised me that I was not getting enough power to the unit and to try the cigarette lighter cord instead of the vehicle usb port. It worked. I then went back to the usb connection and inserted and removed the plug several times to "clean" the contacts and it worked as designed once again. Still not very good night vision, but good enough for the low price of the unit. Ebay also stood behind the unit assuring me that their reseller would make it good under the warranty, or they would issue a refund.
