Review on Enhanced Control: Kensington Wireless Presenter with Red Laser Pointer - New Model (K33272WW) by Chris Burks

We have been using this model successfully for about 9 years. A new one arrived but didn't move the slides properly within range for 3 weeks. Returned to Revain to have them replace #2 didn't work properly for 6 weeks contacted kensington they were quick to suggest a more expensive model for my problems which was great customer service but it didn't work properly either unfortunately the cables from kensington no longer seem reliable.
