Review on 🥪 Stanley Classic 10-Quart Lunch Box – Spacious Lunchbox for Meals, Containers, Thermos - Portable and Durable with Long-lasting Performance by Alexa Olea

Revainrating 3 out of 5

In general a decent product.

My only concern is that when the lunch box is closed, the tab on the lid doesn't reach the back corners, resulting in large gaps (photo attached). It's not a big problem for me as I work indoors. But for a man who walks to work or a man who works in construction, when it rains, the water inside gets wet. Not to mention bugs, dirt, dust, etc. That's easily fixed with self-adhesive weatherstripping, but I expect Stanley products to nail this down before sale. The design seems unfinished to me. Another disappointment is that it's no longer made in the US - maybe that doesn't mean that much to some of you, but it means a lot to me. Those are the only 2 reasons I didn't list all the stars in the review. Move to POSITIVE - it will outlive me for sure. Heavy Duty - I used a micrometer to measure the thickness of the metal and got 0.033 inches. I have a wide neck soup bottle from many years ago that fits easily in the top inside of the lid. He'll do the work I need - keep my lunch. This lunch bucket is definitely better than these nylon zipper lunch bags. The 2 latches are strong and keep the lid securely closed. I'm not sure a cold pack stays cold in the box very long, I don't use one so I can't give you an honest review on that. It's not isolated at all. This is a solid metal box. Period. I'm sure if you go for a cold pack it will make you sweat inside so you might want to put a beard towel in before packing your lunch. Or not. However. My experience with Revain and the product seller was really good. Arrived at my house with no damage to the box, neatly packaged. He arrived on time. If you asked me if I would recommend this lunch bucket, I would say yes. I hope this was helpful to you.
