The ease of scheduling, adding employees to payroll system and tracking employee hours. I like that it has an easy interface and can be used in any environment or location without being difficult to learn because its not complex at all. There isn't anything i dislike about this application. It does everything you need and more! We are solving our HR needs with this software. Our staff love how many benefits they have access too when using the app as well as their paychecks. The best feature is the ability to have the employee clock in and out. It is very easy to set up and it has great reporting features. Some of the features are not as robust as others, and it is not as easy to use for the less tech savvy. The reporting of hours is very helpful. It has definitely helped us to ensure that we are billing our clients correctly.
