Good power cords and connectors and fuse are all bad.
The wire is 4 gauge AWG not just 4 gauge which means it contains a sized shield so it's actually only 8 gauge but what do you expect the $18.00 kit is actually 20 foot 4 gauge? It would cost around $50 at a car stereo store. Let's start with other things. RCA is a joke, they have a remote wire connected to them which causes interference, and the speaker wire isn't about 10 gauge, even counts as if it's 10 AWG, is more like a 12 gauge AWG, so the wire is very very small, if you remove the shield from the wire the fuse is ok, power and ground are ok,
