Had to try the magnets first, tried to stick to my metal door, my speed set also sticks with no problem and slipped off, worked to my fridge and the same, so it's good for horizontal work with magnets, not so good for vertical, maybe if solid metal, not leather, but carpentry tools that work with heavy metal aren't really needed. As above #45 on the level, 1 0 and 2 90 on it. I rarely use 45 so it didn't bother me. The grips are a little loose so if you can get wet water in, they aren't sealed to the level. Layer, my 2 footer is off so I'm leaving it on. It would be nice if she had a ruler like the last one. Again, the magnetic field was weak, not "strong" as they described at the level I got. I can see machining marks on the edge and my ruler was flat on it but I didn't pull the probes out to really check it, I didn't see any light so it must be good there.
