When this company says "Best Leather Punch", they mean it. We received the stamp and used it on one of our saddles the same day, but something was wrong with the alignment of the stamp and the lock plate. We contacted the company and they repaired their product by offering us a replacement. They even had a replacement overnight when we encountered a makeshift wall for the horse show. Took this new kick out of the box and loved it from the start. We have other horse lovers who asked for a model number and were happy to recommend a loft for them. The device has 6 different settings (from 2mm to 4.5mm) and comes with several accessories to help with the grommets/eyelets, this is extremely durable.
