Suction cups slip and the fabric is rough and uncomfortable

The fabric of this bath pillow is very uncomfortable - rough and chafing on bare skin. The suction cups don't stay in place and the whole pillow slides around as I try to relax. Too bad because the pillow is really good and dries quickly. I would return it if I could but missed a very short return window. I don't recommend this product if you don't like scratchy fabric and slipping in the tub!
