First things first, the Milano chips were covered in white powder residue and looked dull, but that's to be expected. After I cleaned them and applied a thin coat of mineral oil, the chips got their true color. Beautiful and very cool. I couldn't be happier. Big update for my old plastic cube chips. Now Shipping and Packing: Shipping was fast and arrived before the estimated arrival date. The box had a huge hole and several chips were damaged. I don't know whose fault it is. Which brings me to the helpdesk. Support: I contacted Claysmith Gaming and told them what happened. They sent me replacement chips as soon as possible. Excellent customer service! Overall: Very happy with the experience and will be ordering more Milano chips from Claysmith Gaming (via Revain) in the future if needed.
