Review on FASTPace by Joe Jordan

The FASTPace system is a great tool. I like that it is very easy to use and that it is very customizable. The customer service is also great, they are always willing to help and answer any questions I have. That I can't add more than 2 addresses to a shipment. I wish that I could add more than 2 addresses to a shipment. I have to create a new shipment for each additional address. Also, I wish that I could have the option to add more than one person to a shipment. I have to create a new shipment for each additional person. It would be great if I could also add more than one type of address. I ship a lot of things, and FASTPace has made that process so much easier. I used to have to create a new shipment for each of my products, but now I can create a new shipment for each shipment. It is so much easier. Fast pace has been very easy to use, it's user friendly with all of our staff using different platforms (phone call center) so its helping us greatly in having an efficient process for each department! I haven't found anything that i dislike about this software as everything works perfectly well together which is great because we have multiple departments now working within 1 platform rather than spread out across many systems!!
