Size 0.5 pencil is broken

I don't want to return the pencils because the rest work, however 0.5 came broken. The lead is already in them when you receive the pencils, and that one was jammed and wouldn't allow me to push the lead out. I did take the pencil apart but wasn't able to fix it.
