OK I won't lie, this product hurts at first but that's to be expected, it pulls hairs out! It also requires the kind of coordination I'm learning, but it works! I'm at the age (57) where I get these coarse gray hairs on my chin and I'm tired of plucking them every other day. I did a test patch as advised and no redness or irritation YAAAY! The little patch I made was so soft and smooth. I work every day to make more surface. The areas I did have no regrowth which is great. I used a makeup mirror and I can really see it pulling out my hair! My last step is my upper lip and make my eyes stop watering lol. Once the area gets used to it, the pain will go away. I am happy about this award and the excellent work of this remover! No more waxing, tweezers or expensive hair removal. AND THE BEST MADE IN THE USA!
