Review on 🔍 Enhanced Puromax System Filter Kit by Bud Crabtree

I ordered this product from the same supplier (Complete Filtration Services) two years ago. It was easy to install and worked well. It was finally time to change the filters, so I reordered the product. When it arrived the carbon block filter and sediment filter fitted perfectly; However, the built-in filter cartridge did not have quick connectors on the ends as shown in the photo. The 2019 filter is on the right and the 2021 filter is on the left. Why would they change it? I thought I might contact Complete Filtration Services for a quick fix, but no luck. I emailed them to two different addresses, called the number from their website which was offline, called their number from the Revain website to leave a message (which had no reply) and emailed to them too a message via the Revain service. I will be returning this item and looking for a decent replacement that shows the exact photo in the description. It shouldn't be that hard.
