Great sound and one of the biggest problems facing the world today: radio interference from cell phones, particularly Verizon and At&tz which operate at 700MHz and 850MHz respectively. I've used condenser mics on set and live with the least noise, and one of the recurring issues is talent or other people nearby with a cell phone or other RF source introducing impulsive noise in the audio chain. What good is a $5,000 low-noise microphone if its capsule picks up impulsive RF noise? The RE320 is bulletproof for interviewing live talent with a hidden cellphone. The RE320 has a fairly small zoom effect. I use a separate APHEX CHANNEL amplifier.
