I ordered and am using a complete set of these cartridges (with chips). They replaced my Canon OEM toners. I find colors are crisp, black is crisp and crisp. I honestly can't tell them apart from series. My printer gave me "non-Canon products" and the infamous warning that Canon may not warrant the printer. Canon representatives should be aware that under the Magnuson-Moss Act, using compatible devices does not expire. In addition, I have printed over 5,000 pages in color and black and white and the quality remains the same. Great product with great results. I will continue to order this product. This order is a replacement for an order placed a few days after the Wrong delivery, the same cartridges.
