Review on 📶 Enhanced Wireless Dual Band N+ Router - Belkin Play N600 HD Model by Roberto Strumer

I tried to install a router and was very disappointed. It seemed like all I had to do was set up the router with a network name and password. As I read the CD on the computer, I was instructed that I could not proceed and should call the 800 number provided for assistance. After calling and jumping through the menus, I finally found a Belkin representative who wrote down all of my details, model number, date of purchase, etc. He then told me I was in the wrong department. Huh? I called the number provided. He then gave me the case number and told me to pass it on to the next representative so I wouldn't have to go through it all again. Okay, so the next guy took the case number and then had me go over the whole thing again. Eventually I was told the product was out of service, that I bought it at a reduced price from Revain and therefore would have to pay for what they call free support. Me not, I was so upset by this point that I told him to take his support program and put it where the sun doesn't shine. Needless to say I was very disappointed with Belkin and will never buy another product from them. The router works but I can't change the password so I'm not happy.
