The strap is shorter than the original cover.
Although it fits, the only problem is that the cable is not as long as the one on my car. It's about 0.5 inch shorter, which prevents the cap from hanging on the little knob on the gas cap. Instead, it hangs down the side of the sidebar, which can affect the finish over time.
