All parents with a newborn need this cradle! Especially for a breastfeeding mother, it costs money in the first few weeks of regular breastfeeding. A sidebar that hugs your body is a luxury you'd never think of, and now it's a must. Post-C-section, bending down was generally uncomfortable, and turning and pushing sideways at night definitely helped so I didn't have to get up constantly. The light on it isn't fantastic, but the vibrations and sounds (especially heartbeats) are fantastic.
