We changed our formula. Pooh.

They completely changed it. It was easy to apply beforehand and it was amazing and soft. That was my path to the brand. Now it glides over all imperfections, which is disgusting when you have chapped lips in a lip balm. The new formula sucks! Luckily I found help with the old formula at Rite, but one employee was shocked when we searched for moisturizers because they are no longer available. I guess when I get over the last 2 I bought I'll have to switch to another brand because phew.
