Review on De "Longhi Magnifica S ECAM 21.117 coffee machine, silver / black by Agata Konarska ᠌

In 2022, we bought such a coffee machine. We were quite satisfied with both the price and the quality. 08/04/21 bought a second same coffee machine for the country house. 2-3 weeks after the purchase, during operation, an uncharacteristic sharp "metallic" (whistling) sound appeared when switching modes during operation. We called the manufacturer's "hot line", we were immediately recommended to contact the service, they gave the service phone number. We contacted the service, at their request they sent a video clip of the cooking process from start to finish. To which they received the answer: "this is how the new motors work (working sounds). This is the sound of the brush mechanism." But we have something to compare with: a machine bought 2 years ago does not make such sounds! Now we are afraid that in the near future the coffee machine may finally break down. Maybe they were discontinued due to poor quality? And for the same reason we were denied warranty repairs?
