BUYER ATTENTION! There are two versions of this product, one with rubber bristles and one with plastic bristles. The first one I bought had plastic bristles which worked so well I decided to buy another one for my travel bag. The second one I received has rubber bristles and pulled my hair out and was very painful as some of the other reviews say. I contacted the seller to see if I could exchange it and they gave a lame excuse as to why I couldn't. Your commitment to a 100% customer service statement sucks because I'm not satisfied!
