Review on HDE School Lingerie Pleated Skater Women's Clothing by Alexis Queen

I was hesitant to buy this skirt because there were no reviews but I'm glad I bought it. The fabric is very comfortable and smooth, the waistband is elastic. I bought a size 14 as that's what my measurements said, but it's a bit long so I think I'll make it smaller as there's plenty of room in the waistband. I also have a problem with my hips matching the skirt and not the waist. So if you have a proportionally smaller waist, I would recommend going down a size.
